With traditional-style furnishings and stone-covered walls, the air-conditioned villa promises a unique holiday experience while providing the luxuries of a modern home. It includes 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with a shower. For your pure pleasure, there is also an indoor wellness room with a hydromassage pool as well as a sauna. 

The outdoor area also provides a great place for you to relax and enjoy the company of your favourite people. There is a large heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, where you can dry off following a swim or simply soak in the sun. In addition, you can use the outdoor barbecue grill and share a delicious meal out in the open on the terrace next to the pool. 

Villa Katarina is set in the heart of a medieval town Gračišće in Central Istria. The town has a beautiful view of the green valley panorama and a breathtaking view of mountain Učka. Nearby, just 100 m away, there are an Istrian tavern and a shop. If you love spending your time in nature, be sure to check out the wonderful hiking trails across the hills in the surroundings. The habitants of Gračišće will surely direct you to the nature treasure waterfall Sopot and to explore the path Saint Simun. If you need a “rush hour”, you can visit one of the most popular destinations in Istria, Rabac. To take a swim in the sea, the nearest beach is only 23 km away.  

This authentic Istrian villa is located in Gračišće, a village on a hill not far from the town of Pazin in the very heart of the Istrian peninsula. Rupa, the major border crossing between Croatia and Slovenia, is around 70 km away, while Pula Airport can be reached in less than an hour from Gračišće (50 km). The village is conveniently near Učka Nature Park, while the nearest beach is a bit more than 20 km away on the eastern coast of Istria.

Comfortabel en bijzonder verblijf binnen de muren van het oude stadje Grascice—prachtig gesitueerd op een heuvel in het mooie binnenland van Istrië. Schoon en ruim huis met fijne zwembaden, wellness en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt.
Magnifique maison dans un charmant petit village. Les installations y sont parfaites (sauna, piscine intérieure chauffée, piscine extérieure super, literie au top...) Le propriétaire est très réactif si besoin. Ne manquer pas d'aller manger au restaurant qui ce trouve dans le village, accueil sympa et très bon plat pour un prix raisonnable. Tout était parfait.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, welche super ausgestattet ist! Gerne wieder :)
Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Villa Katarina und fühlen uns dort wie Zuhause! Die Kinder lieben die Pools und man hat alles was das Herz begehrt! Es ist ein zauberhaftes Haus in dem man einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit einem sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgeber. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber, der Garten und die Pools sind sehr gepflegt. Die ruhige Lage in dem kleinen und ursprünglichen Dorf ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in der traumhaften Umgebung. Sehr gut hat uns auch der Wellness-Bereich mit Indoor-Pool und Sauna gefallen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Wir können die Villa Katarina absolut weiterempfehlen.
Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht! Zwar mitten in Istrien aber gute Ausgangslage, wenn man nicht jeden Tag am gleichen Ort sein möchte, sondern verschiedene Städte/Strände erkunden möchte! Sehr unkomplizierter und netter Vermieter!

We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our summer vacation. Villa Katarina is located in a very small town (only about 60 inhabitants) and it is built out of small beautiful stone houses. It has a small shop where you can find the basic things you need but there are also bigger supermarkets only 10 minutes away. The town is on a hill and if you find one of the few good spots you will have the most beautiful panoramic view around the surrounding mountains. The house looked even more beautiful than on the pictures and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time outside grilling and swimming in the big pool but also used the inside pool and sauna - you will find an option for every weather and season there and won‘t get bored! The bigger towns on the west coast are easy to reach and there are a few beaches on the east coast (in our opinion the better choice because it‘s less touristic). Thank you again to the owner Felician who was a very good host for us.
Schönes altes istrisches Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Bei Übergabe erfolgte eine kurze Einweisung durch den netten Vermieter. Bei Problemen war er innerhalb von 15 Minuten da. Highlights waren die beiden Pools. Kurzum alles Super!!! Besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa Katarina je opravdala sva naša očekivanja. Kuća se nalazi u prekrasnom malom mirnom pitoresknom mjestu, idealno za istraživanje unutrašnjosti Istre. Mi smo putovali s djecom i malim psom koji su naprosto uživali u svim sadržajima koje kuća nudi. Domaćini su bili izrazito ljubazni te je komunikacija s njima bila brza j jednostavna. Svakako ćemo se vratiti opet!
