The sixth bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and a bath is located in the annex of the house. On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a kitchen island, as well as a spacious dining room with a dining table for 12 people, and a direct access to the yard. On the upper floor, you will find a living room with access to a covered terrace with a lounge area, perfect for relaxing with an unobstructed view of the sea and the islands.
