The two-story villa inspires a cozy feeling of home from the moment you step inside. Fully air-conditioned, it features 4 bedrooms, each with a TV and an adjoining bathroom. In addition to the spacious living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a kitchen island, just perfect for a quick bite. The delightfully decorated open-concept ground floor has large patio doors opening onto a paved terrace with a garden. 

The spacious terrace offers an amazing view of the neighboring vineyards and a dining area with a roof, inviting you to enjoy delicious meals out in the open. The outdoor area promises pure pleasure with a hydromassage swimming pool and loungers around it. There is also a shower next to it as well as an outdoor jacuzzi. 

The villa is situated in a quiet village right in the midst of the wine region in northwestern Istria. There are bicycles at your disposal, and the famous cycling trail Parenzana is nearby. Popular places of interest such as Motovun, Grožnjan, or Baredine Cave are not far, as are Istralandia water park, Novigrad, and Poreč on the coast. The nearest airport is in Pula (50 km) and the Slovenian – Croatian border crossing is 20 km away.

Very nice and well-kept house embedded in a great landscape. Very good endowment. Nice pool for swimming and heated whirl-pool to relax. We will come again!
Sehr nette Inhaber, super tolles Haus! Klimaanlage fiel einmal aus, aber uns wurde super schnell geholfen! Weiter zu empfehlen :)

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage und schönem Blick. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Poreč erreicht man in gut 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
Thank you to Oliver and Aida our wonderful hosts for making us feel welcome and assisting us with all the baby equipment we needed for our granddaughter. Thank you also for helping us set up a bbq upon our arrival and for providing us with a choice of lovely wines to purchase from your vineyard . Excellent value and wide choice. You were great hosts and we loved your St. Bernard too! We would definitely recommend your villa for a family /friends or couples stay and we would definitely return ourselves. Our first time in Istria and we can only say how beautiful and peaceful it is! Lovely restaurants (short driving distance) with far reaching views of the hills and valleys with lots of history. Beaches near Pula are crystal clear. Dolphin watching worth the trip too. Motovan beautiful, Groznan great for brunch/lunch - both places good for art / craft shops or to set up your own easel. Local people all speak English and are very friendly and helpful. This is an area well worth the trip.

Der Ausblick und die ruhige Lage sind fantastisch. Der Wein inkl Weintasting haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen und gemundet. Die Austattung lässt keine Wünsche mit Pool, Whirlpool, Grill und Kamin offen. Auch die Küchenausstattung ist mit Allem was ein Koch so braucht perfekt ausgestattet.
Villa is big enough that 8 people indeed have enough space, each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is well equipped; interior is modern and spacious. Also, outdoor place is very nice and you can enjoy great view, seating outside near the pool or jacuzzi and drinking good wine produced by the owners.

Sehr schönes Haus und super großem Pool. Außerordentlich sauber und mit einer top Ausstattung! Auch unser Ansprechpartner Oli war super höflich und sehr, sehr nett. Bei jeder Frage war er immer hilfreich und konnte umgehend helfen! Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Schöne Villa mit viel Platz. Sauberes Haus mit schöner Einrichtung mit Blick aufs Meer.
