It stretches over three floors and provides all the comforts of a contemporary holiday home. There are altogether 4 traditionally styled bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to a kitchen with a fireplace and dining set on the first floor, the bottom floor includes an entirely new kitchen, dining room, living room, wine bar, and a lounge with a pool table.

Croatian-Slovenian border crossing is a bit less than 40 km away, and the closest airport is in Pula (68 km).
