The air-conditioned villa stretches over three levels and it is beautifully styled with close attention to detail. There are four bedrooms and just as many bathrooms with a walk-in shower, two of them with a bathtub as well. The roof of the villa with a sundeck, hot tub, sauna and the perfect view provides a great place to fully relax, while the basement offers additional entertainment – table tennis, table football and darts. The open concept ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a cosy living room, all with access to the garden. 

Stepping outside, there is a terrace with an outdoor lounge set and a large swimming pool which takes the central spot. A garden is a lovely place where you can enjoy sunbathing on a lounger, and then find some refreshment by diving into the pool. 

The modern villa is situated in the town of Poreč, famous for the Euphrasian Basilica (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The beach is just a few hundred metres away and there is a water park nearby, not to mention many other amazing places of interest both on the coast and inland. The Pula Airport is less than 60 km away, while it takes some 40 minutes to reach the border crossing with Slovenia  (45 km).
