The villa offers 4 bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the house, while the fourth one is on the first floor of the villa. All rooms have a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wooden dining table for eight people. On the top floor of the house, there is a spacious living room perfect for pleasant moments spent in the company of your loved ones. The entire villa, thanks to the large glass walls, receives all-day natural light, and at the same time offers you a view of the pool and the open sea.

In the spacious courtyard of the villa, at your disposal, there is a heated swimming pool with a view of the greenery and the sea, as well as associated deck chairs for all-day lounging in the pleasant Mediterranean sun. There you will also find a covered lounge area where you can carelessly sip your first-morning coffee. The fully fenced yard offers also three parking spaces for your cars.

Villa Tata is located in the southeast of Istria, in the village of Ravni, only 17 kilometers from Rabac. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, you will find a restaurant with local cuisine, but that should not prevent you from visiting Rabac or Labin, where the choice of restaurants is even wider! Only 800 meters from the villa, you can find the open sea with a beach bar and a massage parlor by the sea itself. The airport in Pula is 61 km away, while the Croatian – Slovenian border crossing is 75 km away.
