There is a natural flow from the inside into the garden through the floor-to-ceiling patio doors. 

Just outside you can enjoy a lovely meal on the covered terrace or sip a refreshment sitting comfortably on the outdoor lounge set. The large garden offers you a lot of space for pure relaxation and fun – there is a heated swimming pool with loungers around it and a well-tended lawn with a playground.  

The modern villa is set in beautiful green countryside near the charming hilltop town of Višnjan in central Istria. Numerous places of interest, including Poreč, Novigrad, Motovun, and Pazin, are nearby. There are bicycles at your disposal allowing you to explore the amazing region. The Pula Airport is some 50 km away and the Croatian-Slovenian border crossing is at a distance of fewer than 40 km.
